What are the pros and cons of a raised foundation vs a slab foundation?
A slab has the perpensity to allow moisture up through it and should be insulated with styfofoam or another type of vapor barrier from underneath. A raised foundation would be better in the long run to gain access to any plumbing or power lines that would need to be repaired or replaced in the years to come. It is easily insulated, and the best way to go in the long run.
