They are dragged across the ice. Wounded seals are left to choke in thier own blood. – Seal hunting is a slaughter of defenceless baby seals. Newborn seals as young as 12 days old are slaughtered legally, since sealers prefer to kill them when thier skins are in prime condition – After slaughter, the seals’ carcasses are left to rot in the ice.
