What Are The Pros And Cons About The Immigrants Being In The U.S?
The pros: Immigrants are usually more willing to work at jobs, typically physical labor, at a less than desirable wage that a U.S. Citizen would accept. This helps keep the cost of food, etc. At lower prices. Employers who hire these individuals may not report these “employees” in order to save on taxes. This also puts the immigrants in tough situations as they know they can be deported if they complain. The cons: You don’t say if they are illegal but if so then the individual could be a criminal who intends to commit undesireable acts. They also do not pay taxes but use the services that are paid by taxpayers (police, fire welfare, schools, etc.) which can ultimately bankrupt a community. There are other concerns but this scratches the surface.
