What are the proposed feature amenities of Gamble Golf Resort?
• Two world-class golf courses designed by Golf Magazine’s Architect of The Year David McLay Kidd and Perry O. Dye. The courses will be known as the Kidd Course and the Dye Course. • A small boutique hotel/clubhouse which will resemble the famous Gamble Hotel originally built in 1898. The new Gamble Hotel/Clubhouse will include lodging, dining, retail and gathering space for members, visiting golfers, on-site resort guests, and community residents and their guests. It will also include a museum highlighting the many unique and special artifacts collected by the family over the years. • The adjoining Gamble Village will include a spa, locker facilities, outdoor amphitheater, and additional retail opportunities. • The overall Gamble Community will include secluded fishing lakes, hiking, biking, an equestrian center, and boating docks located on the Columbia River.
