Ans: No individual sportsperson will be normally eligible for promotion beyond the grade of Sr. Manager on the basis of sporting achievements. In very exceptional cases of top performances, promotions on the basis of sporting achievements and National awards are considered. Such cases will be approved by Director (HR).
