What are the promotional codes referred to on the Sign Up page and why can I not make it work?
Promotional codes are ‘special offers’ which give a membership discount. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the box at the top of the Sign Up page, click “OK’ and the subscription price will change. The code must be entered exactly as it appears in the offer. It may be a word or a combination of standard characters and numbers. There must be no spaces or punctuation.
