Please refer to question # 1. In addition to better clarify: Phase one is the completion of Households 2 & 3 on the Northeast side of the Nursing Home. Phase two is the completion of Households 5 & 6 on the Southwest side of the nursing home. Finally, phase three is the renovation of the existing Nursing Home and new link in the courtyard.
