The plants are modular and designed for relocation. The smallest plant is nominally rated at 35 metric tonnes per hour for high solids content recycled rubber at 18% in combination with an 85-100 penetration asphalt cement. Generally the controlling factor is not the plant’s production but tank and warehouse storage capacity for finished goods.
