What are the Procurement Policy Board Rules (PPB) and how can I obtain a copy of those rules?
Procurements by New York City mayoral agencies are governed by the Rules of the PPB. The PPB is authorized to promulgate rules governing the procurement of goods, services, and construction by the City of New York under Chapter 13 of the Charter of the City of New York.
