We require all prospective students to apply to our program and do not have a separate “transfer” process. Also, depending on what you mean by transfer, there are many answers to this question: If you wish to transfer with a bachelors degree into our program, then please follow our normal procedure according to your final degree goal. If you wish to transfer from one MS program into our program, then please follow our normal procedure for MS applicants. Also, keep in mind that there are restrictions regarding how many units a student can transfer from their old program.
