You must notify your supervisor or Human Resources in writing of your intent to return from leave at least 2 weeks prior to your intended date of return. Personal leaves are granted with the assumption that the employees expect to return to the University. Although the University normally does not guarantee that the employees will return to the same position, reasonable effort will be made to help you identify and apply to other positions for which you are qualified.
