What are the procedures for drawing out of the Ultimate Team Penning?
A refund for draw out for only entry fees, stall fees, and RV fees, less 30% service charge, will be granted to all contestants for any reason. The Draw out Form must be completed and returned by fax to the show secretary by March 10, 2007. Your draw out is not official until you receive a fax confirmation page from us. The Draw out Form can be found on our webpage or one can be faxed to you. After this date no refunds will be given for any reason. Refunds will only be made to the contestant that made/paid the original entry. Refunds will be made by crediting the Credit Card used to make the original entry, or if entry was made by check , refund will be made by check to the contestant making the original entry.
