What are the procedure for submission of the support documents /certificates / declarations for availing the sales tax exemptions?
At the time of supplemental settlement the buyers will have to confirm their eligibility for availingexemption from payment of sales tax. The party will have to physically deliver the support documents to their respective clearing members within 5 business days and the clearing members will forward the same to the relevant parties within the next two days thereafter.
