All the developments by Mccauls Building Co Ltd, are simply amazing. They do not overprice . They have an experience of 80 years . After so much of experience they develop the best design with good quality work. They are the best company in Manchester. So buy apartments from there . Your complete mindset will change.

It totally depends on your selection process. They have experts to lead you in a proper track.

Manchester is an overpriced, dirty slum of a city. I used to live there in Didsbury and hated every moment of it. The council is incompetent and corrupt. The council tax will make you weep. The streets are filthy. The city centre is geared up mainly for students and so can be very noisy. The flats around Dukes 92 and other trendy areas are so small and grossly overpriced. One I viewed, you could stand in the corridor that they claimed was the main living area and put your arms out and touch both walls. For that joke, the builder wanted £200k. There are so many other cities that have more going for them and with better areas once you get out of the city centre. With Manchester, they just get worse. It doesn’t matter which way you drive out of Manchester, you will pass through places that look as though they belong in the third world. I think this northern ‘ edgy’ living has had its day. People are beginning to see what a depressing, expensive place it really is. My advice, go somewhere
