a. Apart from a monthly rent of Rs.5000/- one will be entitled to a membership which will facilitate an owner to use three room nights with complimentary breakfast per year free of cost. One will have access to all free/chargeable facilities in the Lahari Resorts during the above three room nights free period of stay. One will also get a 20% discount on all food bills and other chargeable amenities.
