Children of Dual Military/DoD civilian parents • Military/Military • DoD/DoD • Military – Spouse working/Student full-time • DoD – Spouse working/Student full-time • Priority 3. Children of Active Duty Military/DoD civilians with part-time working/student spouse • Military – Spouse working/Student part-time • DoD – Spouse working /Student part-time • Military/DoD – unemployed spouse • Priority 4. Children of Active Duty Military NOT ASSIGNED to Fort Bragg/Pope Air Force Base • Children of Retirees are only authorized to use Hourly Care on a space available basis. Reservists, if on active duty, have the same priorities as 1, 2, and 3 while assigned to Fort Bragg or Pope Air Force Base. If not on active duty they have no priority.
