What are the principle values of Rotman School of Management?
One is the innovation. We are working on designing the ‘thinker’ of the future. We want to design an MBA that is for the 21st century not the 20th century. Second is global competitiveness. Our interest is in making sure that we are globally relevant business school in a globalised world. And the third is that we want to make sure we are MBAs. It’s more holistically takes into account not just the interest of the business but interest of the communities in which the business operates more broadly. What is the admission process at Rotman? Well, it’s much like other Business School’s processes. People are expected to have two years full time work experience. And they apply, they send us their University transcripts, they crack the GMAT, they give references and essays for us. One thing that’s little unusual is we personally interview everyone.
