What are the principal types of resorts in Varadero?
There are two distinct types of resorts in Varadero. The first is the high rise Hotel type synonymous with the Early 90s. The second is the open plan resort which offers low rise (max 4 levels) villa and Cabin type accommodations. These latter resorts tend to be very large in size and, offer various pool areas and require a short walk to the various amenities.
