What Are The Primary Migraine Triggers?
Some people say their migraines start suddenly without warning, but that is usually not entirely true. Look closely at the symptoms that start when a migraine headache comes on, and you will usually be able to spot at least some of the triggers that could be a cause for migraine headaches. Perhaps the most important migraine triggers is stress; this causes chemical reactions in your body, and they are compounded by the above imbalance in dopamine and seratonin to cause migraine headaches. Another trigger could be smoking; smoking can trigger migraines but can also weaken any potentially-beneficial effects of any medicines you are taking to treat your migraine in the first place. So, if you are suffering from migraine headaches, stop smoking. Stop smoking anyway!
