What are the price ranges of the Nail Bay Villas?
The prices are broken down into three categories: Summer – April 16th to Dec 14th, Winter – Jan 5th to April 15th, and Christmas – Dec 15th – Jan 4th. The villa rental prices are listed per night. Many of our villas have cost saving alternatives by renting larger villas that have more bedrooms, but only paying for the portion of the villa that you wish to use. Keep in mind there are minimum stay requirements depending on the season you are traveling. Rates are subject to a 7% government tax and 10% service charge. Prices are also subject to change without notice.
