Since, the foreign representative and branch offices of foreign companies are presently registered according to the stipulations of the By- law of the Law for Allowing the Registration of a Branch or Representative of Foreign Companies, its text is literally printed here below. The By-law was issued in the form of a decree by the Iranian Council of Ministers under number H-19776t/M/78-930 dated 3 May 1999.
