What are the prerequisites for applying to FSI?
(1) Applicants must be registered undergraduate students at UC Berkeley. (2) Successful completion of Public Health 116, along with a letter of recommendation from your TA For students who took the course before Fall 2009, you must have passed both the lecture portion AND the discussion portion of PH 116. For students who took the course after Fall 2009, you must have passed the lecture portion of PH 116 AND enrolled and successfully completed the PH 116 Decal.
