What are the predictions for home heating oil prices this winter?
As you know, predicting the winter weather and temperatures in Western New York is very difficult. In recent years, temperatures have been above normal due in part to LaNina, but last year we anticipated a harsh cold spell couple with an early winter that started during Thanksgiving. Any prediction on price, however, requires making assumptions on weather, supply, economic growth, and pricing of other fuels. All of these conditions are subject to change.
