What are the predicted longer term effects of Climate Change?
Effects of climate change mean the extents of habitable and productive land and the productivity of oceans are reducing; and resources are becoming depleted, while human populations continue to increase. The resulting human and animal migrations will lead to increased conflicts over scarce land and resources unless people in all regions are assisted to find and provide means to support their populations where or near to where they are at present as far as possible.
