What are the pre-requisites for the Nursing Assistant I, Nursing Assistant II, Phlebotomy, Nursing Assistant I Refresher and Home Companion Aide Programs?
We have a Nursing Assistant I, & Nursing Assistant II And Phlebotomy packet. They all contain all the requirements of these 3 courses and should be picked up at the Health Care Division, Continuing Education at 3107 S. Memorial. (Side door by church). You will also find them online by clicking on the course name. *Note: Usually students have a lot of questions about the pre-requisites so we encourage the student to come in person to get a clear understanding. Note that there is a cut-off date each semester to get applications/pre-requisites back to us. WE DO NOT accept incomplete (partial packets). Everything required for the program must be turned in completed when the student registers. No Exceptions.
