What are the practicum destination options?
Students may travel to the provinces of Alberta or Ontario to carry out three weeks of their practicum at either the Crowne Plaza Edmonton – Chateau Lacombe (Edmonton) or the Crowne Plaza Toronto Don Valley Hotel (Toronto). The student is responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the Edmonton and Toronto hotel campuses. We have also placed students for short term training at many different ’boutique hotel’ type properties, including high end ranches, resorts at Lake Louise and Whistler. Through our strong industry connection, we have the flexibility and resources to assist students in meeting their needs.
