Every POWER — but they have “control” over certain aspects of daily life. Mortals who want to have success in any of these areas would pray to the specific God or Goddesse. Aphrodite – Goddess of beauty, love, pleasure and and procreation. Apollo – god of prophecy and oracles, healing, plague and disease, music, song and poetry, archery, and the protection of the young. Ares – God of war, battlelust, civil order and manly courage. Artemis – Goddess of hunting, wilderness and wild animals.
