What are the possible side effects of Theraflu Flu & Chest Congestion (Acetaminophen Guaifenesin)?
If you experience any of the following rare but serious side effects, stop taking acetaminophen and guaifenesin and seek emergency medical attention: an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives); or liver damage (yellowing of the skin or the whites of your eyes, dark urine, nausea, abdominal pain or discomfort, or severe fatigue) Other, less serious side effects may occur. Talk to your doctor if you have any side effect you think may be caused by acetaminophen and guaifenesin. If you are over 60 years of age, you may be more likely to experience side effects from acetaminophen and guaifenesin.
