The datasets you can analyze with this tool are: My Org. — Data from your organization’s survey(s) U.S. Averages 2005: National Business Ethics Survey (Companies with Ethics and Compliance Programs) — This is a subset of the National Business Ethics Survey (NBES) designed to represent organizations that have ethics and compliance programs. The subset is defined by respondents who were aware that their organization had 6 elements of an ethics and compliance program, as defined by the U.S. Sentencing Commission’s Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations (FSGO): • Written standards of conduct; • Training on standards of conduct; • Mechanism to seek advice about ethical issues; • Mechanism to report misconduct anonymously; • Supervisor disciplines employees who violate ethical standards; and • Supervisor assesses ethical conduct in performance appraisals.
