The subset is defined by respondents who were aware that their organization had 6 elements of an ethics and compliance program, as defined by the U.S. Sentencing Commission’s Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations (FSGO): • Written standards of conduct; • Training on standards of conduct; • Mechanism to seek advice about ethical issues; • Mechanism to report misconduct anonymously; • Supervisor disciplines employees who violate ethical standards; and • Supervisor assesses ethical conduct in performance appraisals.
