What are the positions on the DVCC MGA board and what do they do?
The following are the elected and voting positions on the DVCC MGA Board. President: Presides over board meetings and is responsible for the overall management of the organization. Vice President: Presides over board meetings in the absence of the President. May also serve as the Tournament Committee Chairman. Along with the Tournament Committee, determines schedules and formats for each years tournaments. Secretary: Records minutes of the monthly board meetings, archives necessary organizational documents, and generally is responsible for the materials promoting upcoming tournaments. Treasurer: Maintains financial records of the organization; manages accounts payable and receivable; and makes monthly financial reports to the board. Members-at-Large: There are two positions on the board. These Members assist the various chairmen in their responsibilities as well as other MGA activities, for example, A and B Teams.
