Your MyCR email account is subject to the College of the Redwood’s Student Code of Conduct. Your email account will be subject to Google’s e-mail quota policy, which is currently more than 7+ gigabytes and constantly growing. Google does not place limits on how long users can keep e-mail. Your MyCR email account is also subject to Google’s terms of service and privacy policies.
