Original receipts are required. Uses of personal credit cards or cell phones are encouraged to avoid expensive hotel surcharges associated with direct dial. Two personal telephone calls will be reimbursed, if the traveler is on authorized travel status for more than one week (7 calendar days). Calling cards are available through UNITS, the Universitys telephone service provider.
