DAOD 7021-1 Conflict of Interest , DAOD 7021-3 Acceptance of Gifts, Hospitality and Other Benefits , and Confidential Report, DAOD Form 7021-1A are the orders and directives that govern conflict of interest. These apply to employees of DND and members of the Regular Force and Canadian Forces (CF) Reserve. In addition, civilian employees are subject to the provisions of the Values and Ethics Code for the Public Service .
