What are the policies for reservation guarantees, cancellations and changes?
A valid credit card number and expiration date is required upon registering to guarantee your hotel reservation. All hotel reservations, cancellations and changes must be made through Sterling Events. Great News! You can now do so by updating your registration online through the Register Now button on this website. If you have questions, please feel free to call Sterling Events Guest Services directly at (800)777-8741, or email guestservices@sterlingevents.com. Reservation cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid cancellation penalties. Also, please note that if you fail to arrive on the date specified in your registration, and you do not change your arrival date through Sterling Events in advance, your selected hotel reserves the right to cancel your room reservation and apply a penalty charge of one room night plus tax to your credit card.
