• State law mandates that a person UNDER 18 years of age cannot leave their own private property with an air gun (BB or pellet) unless accompanied by an adult. The City of Holland provides (City Ordinance 20-4) that no firearm, air gun, or other dangerous weapon capable of expelling a projectile may be fired into or within the City. Thus, unless a person fires such a weapon indoors, it is illegal to do so in the City limits.
