What are the policies for co-location services offered by ITS Group Information Technology ?
In order to have an order/responsibility we cannot allow our co-location clients to run their own wires. All cross connects have to be performed by us. B) Construction and modification of space. Under no circumstance shall the tenant make any construction or modification changes to their space or the public area without a written notice and approval from ITS Group Information Technology. C) Access issues and policies. The client will have access to their co-location site 24 hours 7 days a week . ITS Group Information Technology will be assigning two keys and magnetic access cards to the employees of each co-location client. We require a current ID, Driver License, or passport of each person who receives a key. D) System administration of your machine: ITS Group Information Technology will not be responsible for your machine’s administration. We will not be performing backups and any other services. It will be the responsibility of the client to maintain the machine, unless arrangements
