What are the plans to improve the surrounding area?
The proposed project includes plans to enhance the Corporate Pointe at West Hills campus by making it more pedestrian-friendly and beautifying the exterior landscaping. Trammell Crow Company, on behalf of MEPT, will work with the City to approve the building of a public par course; an exercise path from the north end of Fallbrook Avenue, south to Roscoe Boulevard, and up to Lena Street, for neighborhood use. Additionally, re-landscaping efforts including the planting of environmentally-friendly greenery, indigenous to the area, will help to fulfill the LEED-required sustainable design for the campus.
