What are the plans for development?
We are currently creating the master plan and “micrositing”, which will give us a specific inventory of homesites and development sites to sell. We have preliminarily identified a number of sites for condo and single family development. As an eco–friendly resort, we plan to celebrate and respect the environment, thus ensuring the value of the community and the continuity of the ecosystem.
