Medicare Advantage expands your options. The original Medicare Plan and Medicare HMOs are available now. The original Medicare Plan, the fee-for-service arrangement, is available to everyone. Also, Medicare HMOs are available in many parts of the country. For more information, see the answer to question 13 above.
