What are The Pines Ancillary Health Care Services that are not Included in the Monthly Fees?
The Pines will arrange for certain ancillary health care services at the request and expense of the resident, including, but not limited to: physical therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitative treatments and equipment, ambulance services, limited pharmacy and laboratory tests, and medical supplies. Each resident is required to designate a licensed physician as his or her personal physician and is responsible for the cost of the physicians services.
