What are the pin assignments of the SDDQM signals?

0

There are no pin assignments for the SDDQM signals. There is only one DQM signal shape generated by the CPC710-133, this signal can be duplicated on 4 pins, by selection in the MCCR[14:15] The SDDQM is used in two cases: -Memory write protect (see definition of the MWPR register on page 137) U.M. -Write single 64bit to SDRAM: All writes to SDRAM are burst of 4x64b. In the case of a single write of 64bit, the CPC710 has been designed such that the first write is followed by a precharge. Because of some potential problem of timing with CKE, the DQM signal is automatically activated by the CPC710.
