What are the pilot requirements for safe flight in a Legendary Mustang?
A. It is safe to say that a good pilot with as little as 150 total hours and a tail wheel endorsement can safely operate one of our Mustangs. We have builders and owners who come from a huge array of experience and backgrounds. From a retired Navy F-14 aviator with thousands of hours military jet time, to a builder with a brand new Private Pilots license, and about everything in between . The Legendary Mustang is not difficult to fly in any mode. This is a sport plane with very forgiving characteristics.
