What are the pick-up/delivery hours?
Where does Colony pick-up/deliver my clothes? You choose your designated delivery area. Some common locations include: front door, back door, patio area, or garage. Do I need to be there when you pick-up/deliver to my location to use this service? No. We do not require you to be there. We will provide you with an over-the-door hanger to be placed over the top of your door. You can hang your Burgundy drop off bag on the hook for the driver to pick-up. The driver will then hang your finished dry cleaning there when they deliver it back to you. How do I pay for my dry cleaning services? We offer two types of payments for our pick-up and delivery service. When you sign-up with us to become a customer, you can provide us with your credit/debit card information. You can then choose whether you would like us to send you a bill monthly or we can charge your credit card automatically at the beginning of every month.
