• PB shutters are manufactured to the exact size of your port light using UV inhibited (.030) Lexan® (polycarbonate). • The Lexan is silk screened in alternating increments with a (grade #7) UV paint. Color = Sea Shell. • All layers have .0250″ separations to prevent condensation. Total unit thickness = .1875″ (3/16) • A series of fasteners allows the PB to: • Be fastened to the port light glass / Plexiglas. • Hold one layer stationary. • Allow the second layer to move producing an open / close effect. • PB shutters are easily installed. Remove liner from acrylic adhesive, then press to clean glass. Installation temperature = 55+ degrees (before acrylic adhesive activates). Working temperature = -20 to +120 degrees.
