What are the physical and mental benefits of quitting alcohol?
Let me start with a premise: there is NOTHING, aboslutely NOTHING, that your body can do with alcohol. There are no nutrients in it of any kind and your body just has to flush it out of the system really quickly (that’s why you have to go the loo so ofetn when you are drinking!). Alcohol is a poison to the system and should not be consumed at all. I dont know how quitting alcohol would affect you exactly because i dont know much about your lifestyle.
