It is indispensable to receive approval from the admin-c via email. 3) Request from the Authority for transfer consent to the current Registrar and possible further consent request to the admin-c from the current Regitar. However, silent consent will be valid in this case. 4) Consent (or silent- consent) of the current Registrar and transfer completion.
