1st Level – You Need to have 1 Frontline Active associate and personally have a Monthly 20PV purchase. 2nd Level – You Need to have 2 Frontline Active associates and personally have a Monthly 20PV purchase. 3rd Level – You Need to have 3 Frontline Active associates and personally have a Monthly 80PV purchase. 4th Level – You Need to have 5 Frontline Active associates and personally have a Monthly 80PV purchase.
