What are the permitted hours of construction?
Construction is not permitted after 8:00 p.m. or before 7:30 a.m. on weekdays or before 10:00 a.m. on weekends and national and state holidays. Also note that the use of lawn mowers, leaf blowers, outdoor vacuum cleaners, wood chippers, chain saws and snow blowers is prohibited between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on weekdays and prohibited between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. on weekends and national and state holidays.
