Every 4 hours (TOTALTIME specified in master.config), the DAQ pauses to neutralize the detectors by flashing the LEDs. To save time, unlike the sequential flashings during cryo fill, the DAQ flashes both towers simultaneously with a length of 1/5th of the FLASH_ON_TIME. There is a 20 mins cool down period before the DAQ resumes taking data.
