What are the penalties if I fail to pay my Celga invoices?
Since late payment of invoices makes it difficult for us to pay the Japanese sellers, we need to charge penalties to those customers who do not pay their invoices in a timely manner. Invoices not paid after 14 days will incur a late payment penalty of $25 or 10% of the unpaid balance, whichever is greater, per month that the invoice remains unpaid. We also reserve the right to charge an additional $10 fee per month for large or bulky items. Items whose invoices have not been paid in full in three months will considered to be abandoned and will become the sole property of Celga. Any payments previously received towards these invoices will also be forfeited, as per our User Agreement.
